Delete my account
This translation is provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.
You can delete your WineVision account and all associated data, from the app or by email.
From the app
Open the Profile tab, then “Delete my account”, and confirm. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
Before deleting, you can download your data: Profile → Export my data.
Without the app
Write to contact@synthocode.studio from the email address linked to your account, with the subject “Account deletion”. We confirm the deletion within 30 days at most.
What is deleted
Your account and email address, your cellar, your favourites, your scan history, your conversations with the assistant, your kept photos and your unpublished photo and information suggestions, as well as the data stored on your phone.
Any reviews you published are kept without your name, so as not to change the ratings seen by other users. Backup copies are overwritten within 30 days.
